Telescopic Monster Duster

I love this duster, not only is it long enough to reach up into the stairwell & remove the prehistoric cobwebs that lurked there, but it also cleans off skirting boards & under sofas, book shelves etc without me having to bend. Fabulous colours too :)

Absolutely fantastic duster, does exactly what it says and love the colour. Definitely a must buy.

I have to agree with previous reviewers - it does just move the dirt along, dust the top of cupboard's & it simply moves the dirt along on to whatever is beneath them, washing it is also difficult as its so long it will not fit in most sinks to rinse properly. I think if Lakeland made the head a few inches shorter and improved the pick up quality it would be a great item.

Having never had any problems with Lakeland products in the past,I purchased both the telescopic and mini monster dusters.I am now regretting it. Although the telescopic duster reaches the ceilings nicely, the hard knob on the end just scrapes along the surface,so you cannot get the pressure needed to dust efficiently without scratching the paintwork.It is also a similar problem with the mini one,when trying to dust furniture without causing scratch marks.At least it will teach me to read other customers' reviews before I purchase anything in future.

Sorry Lakeland, most of your products are brilliant but I'm not a great fan of this duster. The good points are that it reaches high, is not too costly and does shift cobwebs to an extent but even when following the instructions to make it static, it doesn't always cleanly catch them, shifting them but leaving them on the walls/ceilings, and most annoyingly, when using it for ceilings which is why I bought it, it has no covering on its tip and therefore just scrapes along without doing anything at all. I wish I'd bought a different one now.
