This stool falls into the bracket of items that you don't realise how useful they are until you have one! I have a toddler son who uses this to stand on and help with cooking and I use it to get to the top shelf and clean the windows. It's also very sturdy and will probably last a lifetime.
When I first received this I was a little sceptical. However, now it's in regular use in my kitchen for reaching into the back of cupboards and storing things on top of units - I don't know how I managed without it.
Bought this for our new kitchen, being only 5ft3, I have trouble reaching the upper shelves. It's so practical! Folds neatly, slim, stands up when folded, folds away with just one hand and unfolds the same. Very bright green though...
I think I have a previous model, in blue. I find it very handy for reaching my top shelves BUT-I find on opening up the stool for use it is very easy to pinch your fingers. I am aware of this, but the other day I still managed to pinch my left forefinger, which is still very sore. So yes, buy one, but be careful.

A very useful addition to one’s kitchen when one is height challenged. I still possess an earlier model, bought years ago, which is blue in colour. The one drawback I found is that one must be very careful when folding and opening it because one can get one’s fingers pinched. The very same happened only the other day.
