Ensure the area in question is clean, dry and free of polish, then apply a small amount with a lint-free cloth before wiping away the excess. Sadly, it won’t repair the damage but the dye will disguise scuffs and scratches so no-one else need know! Can be used on laminate floors.
(Not suitable for use on French-polished wood.)
