Lakeland Rechargeable Sweeper

I have an arthritic spine with a twist in it and only very limited use of my left hand. Because of other health problems I am not supposed to lift /carry anything heavy. This little sweeper is the answer to my prayers. Apart from doing an excellent job it is well designed, lightweight with smooth lines and good looks. What more can you ask ~ Thank you Lakeland, another really great product. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

I'm delighted with this sweeper! So handy, light and convenient. Would recommend it to everyone as an every day addition to vacuums. So much easier to get out and use quickly and it is quiet so the dog doesn't bark at it( unlike the vacuum!) The only thing I haven't quite got used to yet is pulling out the tray to empty the bits out. It's a little bit fiddly somehow, but it's probably me not the sweeper! I've had it a couple of weeks now and it's still not needed a second charge up. Have used it on several occasions to give a quick once over to the hall and lounge carpets and it picks up well.

I bought this for my elderly mother and she absolutely loves it. It saves her having to drag out her large vacuum cleaner every day. It picks up very well and the charge lasts long enough for her to do the whole of an average 3 bed bungalow.

Handy machine to have around for quick pickups (especially with kids around!). I have wooden flooring throughout and a short pile carpet on the stairs which it works fine on, it’s not as good on my longer pile rug. I didn’t find it great for large areas because although the charge lasts 45mins I can hear the power drop after just a few minutes which made it unless although like I said, great for quick pickups when you don’t want to get out the vacuum cleaner.

Bought this to remove cat hairs between my normal vacuum cleaning, it's totally rubbish, it spins the hair and other debris back onto the carpet, and it does this even when the dust box is empty. I have a push pull sweeper that is 100% better. I thought Lakeland tested their products in everyday use that's why I bought this. Should have saved my money and bought a new sweeper. Avril.
