"It's Too Big!"

I pulled this enormous item out of the delivery box to wonder what bottles and flasks it could possibly fit into! It seems more suitable for cleaning a toilet. I accept that it could clean vases but I really cannot see that it can get through the neck of many flasks (the purpose of me buying it), or indeed bottles, so feel that the description is misleading. The length is nearly 39cms long according to my tape measure.
