With a protective cushioned area that makes the pouch float should you accidentally drop it in water, and carry strap. (Please note : not for use underwater.)

My husband loves this, he has it so that he can play on the ipad mini whilst in the bath, completely waterproof and easy to use. Great value for money compared to similar items 3x the price elsewhere. Only issue was that after about 8 months daily use the bottom split but Lakeland gave him a new one straight away despite no longer having a receipt.
This isn't an elegant bit of kit - it's fiddly to get the device in and however careful you are it still has bubbles over the screen - but if like me you can't resist taking your device into the bath with you and if the branded versions that are available are a bit much for your budget, it's just the thing.
