I bought this recently and have been really pleased with it. It's very light and so easy to use, great for those quick clean up jobs. It fills up quickly but is very easy to empty - and I love that instructions are on the cleaner itself. It does take a while to recharge, but I just leave it plugged in till I need it. Would highly recommend as a back up.
I love my Shark cordless vac. Lazy by nature and finding my main vac a pain to get out of the cupboard everytime the dogs bring in half the garden, I bought this mainly to do the quick daily wizz round. BUT since I bought it the poor main vac really doesn't get a look in. It is so light and easy to use. Okay I usually have to empty the cylinder half way round the carpet BUT it is so easy. It lasts a good half hour and doing the hard floors and carpets every 1-2 days with this is so much easier than using the main cleaner.
I bought this because I'd just had new oak flooring laid and I wanted a little cordless hoover to keep on top of the copious amounts of hair our dog produces (daily). We have a more heavy duty hoover but it is indeed heavy and knowing me, dragging it out on a daily basis for this purpose was not going to happen. This is perfect for what I need. It is so light, easy to manoeuvre/empty, incredibly powerful and it picks up an amazing amount of hair and grit. Works equally well on hard floor and carpets. Converts to dust buster. Takes a while to charge but for daily use, fantastic!
I have 4 animals which leave copious amounts of hair around the house. I really bought this as a stop gap between the "big" clean in the weekend but have found that I no longer need my ordinary vacuum cleaner. We have wooden floors with a few rugs which used to take quite a bit of effort to clean but I can honestly say that this cleaner does the same job (if not better) than our regular vacuum cleaner and it's an awful lot easier to use. It's very light and gets under furntiure very easily. I strongly recommend this produce!
I bought this product from one of your stores to deal with the constant mess the new puppy makes, and after two weeks use it became apparent that it wasn't holding the charge. The first time I charged it it didn't run for as long as a minute and I never got more than a scant 9 minutes use from it. I telephoned your customer service dept and you immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent , it arrived two days later. The new one is so much better and I can now agree with all the glowing reviews this product has received! My old vacuum doesn't get a look in now. Thank you Lakeland
