Making mopping less of a chore, it utilises super-heated continuous steam to leave floors immaculately clean and practically dry straightaway so you can get on with more enjoyable pursuits. And if your carpets are looking a little tired, clip on the carpet glider and this little gem will revive them in no time at all. With two steam settings, one for light cleaning and dusting and the second for a more intense, deep-down clean, it comes with 2 machine washable, dual-sided microfibre floor pockets – one side normal, the other ‘scrubby’ – and a carpet glider.
We recommend customers who live in a hard water area, use distilled water. Alternatively, you can use our Lakeland Water Softener which treats up to 10 litres of water

This mop is the easiest way I've cleaned my floors ever! Even my husband finds it easy to use and is eager to help me with the chores. We both have mobility problems and find it difficult to ring or squeeze a mop, so this cleaner has the added benefit of being light, hygenically cleans the floor without chemicals and dries quickly.
Bought this to replace a cheaper brand. Must say it is an excellent product. My kitchen tiles are grooved and the mop copes with this getting the dirt out. Pity you can't buy a scrubber type mop.
I have been struggling to keep my large shiny tiled kitchen area clean both from muddy footprints and also muddy paws from Choc Labrador. Tried everything mopping twice a day scrubbing on hands and knees! I received my Shark Steam Mop today and couldn't wait to give it a try and wow what a surprise all the smears and film that has built up over last few months disappeared instantly and within 10 mins I have got back my original mirror finish tiled floor. Thankyou what a fantastic product

Product arrive promptly and very well packaged as usual. Sadly a part was missing but an email soon rectified that and it was with us in three working days. Excellent service! The mop worked well on our kitchen & bathroom floors. One fill of water sufficient for the average kitchen and a couple of bathrooms. Floors dry very quickly even on a wet day. For large areas it might be worth thinking of one with a larger tank, although the cleaning heads are the same. This model is very slim and will hang a suitable hook in a cupboard, especially with the head detached. Good instructions.
I don't usually write reviews, but I'm so happy with my new steam cleaner which arrived today, I feel obliged to do so! Does exactly what it says on the box - easy to assemble, & it glided effortlessly along my large tiled kitchen floor which dried almost instantly & looked cleaner than ever! Plenty of cable & the cleaning pocket washed up nicely after use. I've contemplated buying a steam cleaner for a while & only wish that I'd done so years ago!
