"Useless"

Sorry but this towel rack is next to useless. Nothing will stay on it, I hang my tea towel on the inside rack and my small kitchen towel on the outside but every time I go back into the kitchen there they are on the floor. The same thing happens if I just accidently touch one of them while working in the kitchen.
