Pulg™

I also have found the Pulg helpful, but the instructions could be easier to follow (my husband had to fit it for me!). Also, it's difficult to fit to a larger plug, as said elsewhere.

These great little devices work wonderfully for standard plugs, but increasingly, products are being fitted with larger transformer plugs, which they don't fit. Several people have commented that they are not helpful where sockets are tight, that some have even fallen apart, but it does specifically say on the box: 'Not to be used in excessively stiff sockets.' so that criticism seems a little unfair. There's no question they are a boon for people which arthritic fingers, and/or where sockets are in hard to reach places.

I bought these as they were in the sale, and I wish I had purchased more. Had to get my husband to put them on the plugs as my arthritic hands are really bad, but they really do work and I can now unplug my items as easy as blinking! No more calling for help, or worse, leaving items plugged in using up the pennies. This is not a gadget, for me it is a huge pain saver as it works brilliantly.

I have a 'bank' of 4 plugs, but when all the plugs are in their sockets there is insufficient finger space between them to remove a plug without an aid of some sort! Ha ha, I thought, the Pulgs will sort out the problem. Not so I'm sad to say - when I tried to remove a plug the Pulg fell apart, and again, and again etc! The side pieces, joints etc are just too thin and bend all too easily, and should your plug be firmly held in its socket then this doesn't help. Pity,..a great idea.I would choose to give this product no points if it were possible!

Absolutely brilliant! A must for anyone with painful weak hands. I no longer have to struggle to remove the plug from a stiff socket. It just pops out with ease. Thank you Lakeland!
