Washing towels, sheets and duvet covers can be a real bore if you can’t use a washing line to hang them out and end up having to drape them over the banisters and radiators to get them dry. But this Winged Heated Airer from our popular Dry:Soon range is designed to solve just that problem.
Wide enough with the wings extended for you to spread your bedding out over almost 2m, the wings also fold in for use in smaller spaces and with smaller loads. Also suitable for lofts and spaces with less headroom, this wide, heated clothes drier has all the features of our Standard range: drying your wash faster whatever the weather and folding down to only 8cm deep when you need to pack it away.

When we introduced our first heated tower airer in 2008 we knew it was a winner but we weren’t prepared for just how quickly it would race to the top of the best sellers list or how long it would stay there. Since then we’ve not only developed our Standard range but also introduced a Deluxe range, too, and a selection of handy accessories, in response to customer suggestions, to make them the best airers ever.
Economical
Our heated airers cost just pennies an hour to run. They’re also much kinder to clothes than tumble drying and neater and more efficient than laying laundry over your radiators.
Versatile
Not only do we offer a choice of designs and sizes, each version also benefits from folding shelves that can be positioned to suit your needs: you can dry T-shirts, socks or larger items over the rungs; lay delicate clothes flat to avoid stretching, or hang sheets and big towels over the top without them touching the floor.
Convenient
Made from light yet robust aluminium, Dry:Soon airers are easy to move around and fold down to 9cm or less deep for storage, ready to be pressed into action throughout the winter months, or whenever the weather isn’t cooperating.

This is a most useful and efficient appliance, which is an inspired mixture of function and form. It has a certain elegance, and fits well into the small space here, while being capable of being stored behind the bathroom door when not in use. A triumph of design, and inexpensive to use. I managed to dry a single quilt on it in three hours!
The heated airer works brilliantly in all situations where you can’t operate a tumble dryer. The gentle heat dries washing safely and fast.
Glad I bought this. Spent years drying my daughters expensive hand wash only clothes. Now I just turn it on and leave them to dry without worrying they will get marks from the radiator.
I've had this airer for a couple of years and it dries my whole wash in a day and a night. Like with any drier, one has to move the items around..not just leave them. I agree that if the wings were heated it would be so much better. I hang towel, pj's, underwear and lay cardigans, jumpers flat on the middle bit on a this towel. WELL DONE LAKELAND! Marianne Barkman
