I bought this vacuum sometime ago and I am nothing but pleased with it. The cleaner does it's job very very well, is easy to store and you can clean all the filters yourself. The minor down side is that it is a little noisey but then at this price who can complain. I would for sure reccommend this item to anyone thinking of buying one. Enjoy your new cleaner. :-)
I am very pleased with my new Bissell Easyvac Compact. It is lightweight, has plenty of power, is easy to empty and reasonably easy to clean the filter. A good design feature is the side clip which holds the hose upright while working in tight corners. The noise level is similar to the machine which I am replacing.
I needed something portable to carry upstairs and this fits the bill perfectly, with really good suction power too, but so incredibly noisy. My ears ring quite badly after using it for more than just a couple of minutes and I am seriously considering buying ear defenders to wear when using it. It is, without doubt, the most unbelievably clumsy and messy thing to empty with the dust going everywhere bar the bin. You then need to tip it further to get the excess out. Really messy work. The crevice tool has no storage point and I keep losing it.

I purchased a BisselEasy vac yesterday, and though I am impressed by overall performance, and its extremely light weight and its easy emptying capabilities, the noise it makes during operation is utterly devastating!! Bissell should really look into this. I would not have bought the product if I'd known this in advance.
