Extra Large Ladybird Ironing Board Cover 4 "Great cover" Mrs Turner 21 March 2014 One of the few covers which will actually fit my larger ironing board. I found that if I slid the velcro straps between the mesh of the board and the runners for the legs I could open and close the board unhindered and the cover stays secure whilst ironing. I like the design, but it does discolour quickly so I've deducted a star.
Extra Large Ladybird Ironing Board Cover 4 "ladybird fun" Stella 25 April 2013 A very pretty,good quality cover,but as with the previous reviewer I have found that the straps are a problem when folding down the ironing board. The only answer is to leave them loose.
Extra Large Ladybird Ironing Board Cover 4 "A little disappointing" Mrs Wright 15 April 2013 I bought my ironing board from Lakeland thinking would have no problems finding replacement parts. I bought the extra wide deluxe ironing board (no longer sold) & when the cover aged I bought this one to replace it. Unfortunately, it is just 2 cm too narrow to fit nicely over my board. I thought the velcro straps were a brilliant idea and would help keep it in place - but one snapped straight away when I closed the board as it is located right in the way of the folding legs.
