Soft Touch Foaming Soap Pump

I am extremely pleased with my new soap pump :oD As I purchase an expensive non toxic, organic liquid soap that costs around £10 mark per bottle, I was very eager to give this pump a whirl to make my soap last longer saving me money! I was a bit unsure after reading reviews for the previous, more expensive model Lakeland sold, but when this cheaper version came on, I thought I'd invest....& glad I did (o: I find I don't even need to use a 1/4 soap as per instructions, so more cost effective than I'd intended, and it just works really well. Highly recommend! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Not only does it save soap, it also saves water, because you don't need as much to rinse and clean your hands of the soap. Also, answers all the previous concerns when a metal one was on sale.

I bought two of these last week. The first one works really well but I don't think I got the mixture right with the 2nd one. It's just runny soap as opposed to the lovely foam in the other one! I'm not giving up with it. I know someone had some handy hints in the list of reviews. It's handy for the children as they always put far too much soap on and then don't wash it off properly, then complaining that they've got sore, dry hands, despite me trying to teach them!

I'd previously bought a similar item from Lakeland which I was very impressed with. I decided to buy three more as gifts with some nice handsoap as it was so good. Unfortunately it had been discontinued so I bought this item instead. I've just gave one to my mum and raved about it to her but when we tried it the foam was not foamy (we used good quality soap) so I tried another one at home with the same soap I used in the discontinued one and the same. It functions but it's more wishy washy than foamy but now I don't really feel like I can give the other one as a pressie and I don't need it.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and so far it is the best dispenser for my recently discovered organic liquid soap. It is a real money saver.
