"Disappointing"

Didn't think that Lakeland would ever disappoint, but in this case it has I'm afraid. Bought this item to use on new flooring in my kitchen but the mop is very small, not for larger areas and tends to push any hairs, dust etc. around the floor and over the top of the mop instead of capturing them. Not as flexible on the handle as others I have used (very awkward cleaning position)
