Saw this and thought, great, just what I need, how useful; neat and clever design that folds back on itself into a tiny zip up bag that looks like a handbag..... Got it home, unwrapped it and found the zip was faulty so I exchanged it. Took the replacement out shopping, put some stuff in it - and one of the wheels twisted and snapped before I had even left the store! I could not fault Lakeland's Customer Service which was brilliant as always and they refunded me, but please either make this actually usable as the shopping trolley it was intended to be, or scrap it altogether!
