Slim Telescopic Floor Sweeping Broom

I first bought one of these brooms from Lakeland in 2010, and since then it’s been in regular use sweeping the hard floors in our kitchen and front room. It’s excellent at getting into corners and under narrow gaps such as on the front of the washing machine, and the soft bristles are effective at collecting dust and bits of rubbish etc. But after 14 years’ hard work the brush head was a bit clogged up and worn. I hoped a replacement head would have been available to screw back in to the perfectly useable body, but only gave it 4 stars as I had to buy a whole new broom.

I purchased this broom about 2 years ago and find it absolutely great. It picks up all the dust as well as thoroughly sweeping the floor and easy to access in corners/underneath the washing machine and tumble drier. Wouldn’t be without it.

I am very pleased with this broom - it has been carefully designed and works really well. The slim head gets into places where my old broom would not go, the angled bristles at the ends really help, and it hangs up neatly when not in use. The little comb for keeping it clean is also very useful, esepcailly as we have a very furry cat! Altogether an excellent product, and good value too.

The telescopic handle is great for different sized people, and the thin head makes getting in to edges and corners easy.

A very nice broom slimline and soft for getting into corners, telescopic and light weight works for me as a wheelchair user. This is my 3rd broom and all had the same problem of the head working loose from from the handle and becoming unusable. I will order again as they are so lightweight. Would have given 5 stars if not for this issue.
