It is very disappointing because it swivels so freely that you cannot push or pull it either forwards. backwards or sideways without it 'standing' on one of its edges, rendering it fairly useless ! It doesn't wring out very well, either, so the floor stays quite wet after washing. The extendable handle isn't long enough for proper angled use, either - unless you are smaller than 5ft. 2ins. It is useless and the previous reviewer sums it up nicely. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit behind my toilet, so it would be no stars if you could choose. "Major disappointment - totally useless" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I was so excited when I found this little mop - ideal for our motorhome. However it is totally useless. You can't control the head at all as it turns itself upside whichever way you push it. Surely someone tested this item before putting it on sale? I would have returned it to the shop but don't have my receipt. I am 5'2" & it is still to short! No stars!!!!
