Full Circle Glass Cleaner

My wife bought this product for me, don't usually leave comments, but I really loved it, thought it was a very clever design. Gets into all of our tall water glasses, wine glasses and cups, and leaves them extremely clean. Sturdy and sits on the counter top. Guessing the other reviewer received a damaged product, as mine is great! A bit pricey which is why it gets 4 stars.

I bought this (and the companion brush) despite a large amount of ribbing from my girlfriend about paying £7 for a washing-up brush. She was right. Within a minute the head had come loose thus getting stuck at the bottom of every glass. Within about 5 minutes the dowel that the head-piece slots onto had come unstuck, the head fell off and that was the end of its useful life. The brush fell apart in the same way after about 20 minutes. A real disappointment: especially with Lakeland who are usually so thorough with product testing. I intend to return it (them) as soon as possible.

Mine also fell to bits the first time it was used. I have always shopped at lakeland and everything has been superior quality but the glass cleaner did not live up to lakelands standards. very poor quality for the price.

We unwrapped our delivery from Lakeland today of several items to the value of over £70 I opened the package of the "Full Circle Glass Cleaner" and the sponge head fell off the handle. As I tried to put it back on the bamboo stem also fell off leaving me with 3 bits of a cleaning brush. I hope that I receive a refund to my order as this item is total rubbish. I have spent a lot in their shop in Chelmsford, Essex as well as on line and we are normally very happy with the products. This has slipped their net and should be totally redesigned.
