Eco Genics Scraper Mat

These mats seemed to work well but, of course, got very muddy in the recent weather. I hoovered them and put them in the washing machine. Later read that they should be washed inside a pillow case or bag. I notice that someone said there were fibres breaking free from her mat. So many fibres came out of mine that they clogged up the drain pump to my machine and I had to get a repair man in. Be warned - now you know why they need to be washed in a bag :-(

I work on a horse yard and live on a farm so I have permanently muddy boots this is the only mat that I have found that has actually worked at keeping the mud out of the house My only wish is that there were bigger sizes available as I have a set of large doors that I am currently using two of these mats for whereas one big one would be much better. I would recommend these mats to everyone - I love them!

My wife & I bought this from Windermere store. My wife and myself are retired now so we do a lot of walking ... This mat is simply wonderful , it does soak up , it does as it was sold to us ... Well done Lakeland ... When we go back to store .... Another will be bought ..

i am very pleased with the quality of this mat and most importantly it washes well - i just wish they were in larger sizes to keep more of my floors clean.

This picks up the dirt well and after 6 months use still looks like new. Other reviews of a different colour were complaining about the edges fraying. There is no 'edge' to the mat (it's just cut out of a larger sheet of material) and as such there were some loose bits of material at the edges. I gave it a good going over with the hoover and that was the end of that, no further fraying.
