Shark® Vac-then-Steam

The vac does our cream china tiles and wooden floors brilliantly. Easier than a full size vac especially when in the confined space of the bathroom.. I agree that the steam flow is not as strong as my Steam Mop Elite but it copes very well with the muddy paw prints of our cat and dog (why do they wait until you have just cleaned the floor?) Doesn't smear and dries quickly. Sometimes need to get into corners with a damp cloth.. On the whole delighted with it..

I recently bought this after getting tired of smears & not being able to remove stubborn marks left by ordinary mops. It left my kitchen floor as clean as it was when first layed. My only problem is where do I get replacement pads from?

Just received and couldn't wait to use it. What a disappointment, vacuum wasn’t to bad, but the steamer was useless. It took a lot of effort to use , had to keep waiting for bursts of steam which made the task take for ever and my floor was very smeary. Will be returning it and getting out the mop and bucket, much more efficient!!!

High performance product from firm that knows how to make steam cleaners. High pressure steam - good performance. If you have really ground in marks, you will need to loosen first, but great on all hard surfaces.

On cream porcelain high-gloss tiles and a black Cocker Spaniel's hair - very disappointed. The vacuum can't pick up the dog hairs properly. The steam cleaner can't clean properly: the steamer won't remove many everyday marks using either of the pads. I can see smearing across the whole floor. Better than a mop on "smear-test" but nothing to rave about. Hugely disappointed - waste of money. Will return it.
