It provides a continuous high temperature to loosen dust, dirt and grease from tiles, vinyl and sealed wooden floors without the need for detergent. Using the special glider, it will soon have carpets spick and span too. Includes a 5m (16½') flex, and the water reservoir is conveniently placed for easy top-up. Comes with 3 microfibre pads and a bottle of Home-tek Water Softener.

Got this mop as I have a white tiled kitchen floor, wooden hall and 3 bathrooms + two dogs etc....tried so many types of cleaner, mop & buckets, floor wipes, this little beauty is fantastic, cleans the floor in no time, is excellent no gripes with length of wire, just unplug and plug in across the other side of the room - pads simple to rinse or throw in the washing machine - Thanks Lakeland
Nice and easy to use, but like everyone else has said, the flex is far too short.
Love this mop! So much better than heavy buckets & wringing out mops especially as I have arthritic wrists. Cleaned my kitchen & bathroom floor with 1 fill of water. Only grumble is the silly little stopper on the water tank which has popped out several times in less than 2 weeks of use. I think this needs to have a T-shaped handle on the top so it can be pushed in & turned easily. Easy to fit cloths. Will be using distilled water as the shaking of the bottle to filter tap water takes its toll on my wrists.
My mop has only just arrived so I've not used it yet but it was a bit of a shock to find that it has to be filled with distilled or deionised water, not plain tap water. This is an additional and unexpected expense and would probably have given me second thoughts about my purchase. A bottle of water softener is included but I guess I'll get through that pretty quickly. It would have been helpful if the description had clearly stated this requirement, and if the website had included a link to the bottles of water softener that are available to purchase separately.

I have numerous tiles in various rooms and would not be without it. Will not waste any more money on mops.
