Astroturf Hard Wearing Outdoor Door Mat Green - 54 x 44cm

We bought one of these to go at the bottom of the steps to our caravan as we were fed up with all the muck that was being trodden in. We were so pleased with it we bought another one for the second set of steps. These have made such a difference. As another reviewer commented they get all the muck out from the grooves in your soles so it doesn't go indoors.

This mat was purchased to replace a standard (boring) rectangular astroturf mat that had worn out. I was a bit hesitant about the size: large enough? and the colour: too bright? However, the size is perfect for 2 large feet, and the colour is a gentle apple more preferable, to me, than the sharper lime in the web picture. I keep going in and out just to wipe my feet!

This mat is super. It just takes a quick wipe of the feet and that's it ! I ordered one to see what it was like and now want another one, great pity it is currently unavailable. I should have ordered two at the beginning knowing that Lakeland only stock the best !

The first impression of the mat is that it is too small. However when you wipe your feet you'll find it's the perfect size for footware large and small. Give your shoes or boots a good wipe on the mat and the uncrushable green bristles get into all of the ridges and indentations on the soles of your shoes. I wear my muddy gardening boots straight indoors knowing any mud, dirt or grass has been removed by this superb little mat. It is a little on the expensive side and a choice of colours would be welcome. My mat has been used extensively for over a year and shows no sign of wear.

I bought this mat for my daughter who keeps chickens, she was finding it difficult to not tread the mud and droppings indoors.The mat really works very well. Excellent. Pat Northants.
