Just like its cordless stablemate, our plug-in version can be used either as a swivel-head upright or the hand-held vac can be detached for use on stairs and in tight corners. Its bagless, cyclonic suction makes short work of cleaning the whole house from top to bottom, and it’s easy to see when it needs to be emptied thanks to the clear dust chamber.
With allergen-reducing HEPA filter and generous 7m (23ft) flex. When the job’s done, just fold the handle down for compact storage.

After seeing the red cyclonic mains powered one at a Lakeland store in action, there was no question in my mind what the perfect house warming gift would be for a 2 bedroomed house and limited storage space. I had to buy one myself - it was so cheap and yet NOTHING like this exists from major brands - unless you're prepared to pay through the nose for it. Light, easy to use and the hand held part is fantastic on stairs even though it has suction only. So simple to use, there's even a longer amount of cord than expected. Perfect and more equipped than supermarket cheapies!

I regret not reading the previous reviews of this product as I have had a lot of problems with it.Within the first couple of weeks the head broke off. Since then small parts have broken and the suction is practically non existent despite being only lightly used for quick clean ups.

This product does the job that I wanted it to very well. It is reasonably priced, lightweight and small enough to store easily upstairs and saves me having to heave the heavy duty but cumbersome cleaner up to clean the bedroom carpets, which do not get very dirty. I have only used it twice but have noticed that there are little balls of fluff left behind, which are difficult to pick up, but that may be because I haven't cleaned for a while! It falls over rather easily and I would have preferred to pay a little more for something a bit more substantial. Overall though I am very pleased with it and hopefully it will stand the test of time.

I purchased this item as a lightweight option,which it certainly is,however it is not so good if you have thicker carpet.Ideal on smoother carpet or wood floors.The hand held option is useful for stairs,but when using on chairs the nozzle will not stay extended so it is almost impossible to get down beside the cushions.Not sufficient as only'' hoover''in the home.
