I was very nearly put off buying this rack by the fairly poor reviews; finally deciding to give it a go because of the money back guarantee. I have to say I am so pleased I did, it's a very well made and designed product indeed, excellent quality. Stainless steel should keep its good looks for years. (Bought as a gift by the way, so being extra-fussy!)
I received the dishrack and tray and I have got nothing but praise for it! It may not take larger and thicker plates. I also found the cup/mug holders very useful and you can hang other things from them.It is the smaller of the two dishracks I viewed on the site, but it fits my draining board perfectly. Well done Lakeland, your quality is, as usual really great.

Looks good, stacks all my plates &bows with no problems. Unless small ones, mugs/cups need to be hung at sides (comfortably takes 2 large ones each side). Am very pleased with it (even husband has commented...) so hope it wears well.
I have tried other drainers and this is the only one that fits my sink draining area and holds all my dishes. I was so impressed that I bought another for our caravan too! It fits perfectly on our small caravan work surface it may be compact but very accommodating. Strong in build and exceptional quality.
I have had this drainer five years and use it daily, it is still in perfect condition although the drip tray looks tired and is stained. I find this a fantastic drying rack for holding all the things that don't go in the dishwasher - its deep sides mean you can pile things high and they drip dry. I never use the cup hooks, they are simply decorative! Wish I could replace just the drip tray.
