I bought this when we moved into a house without a draining board in the kitchen. I have never been happy with the cup draining and also on several occasions things have dropped onto the floor.Also it is looking a bit shabby now. I don't feel it is up to the normal Lakeland standard.

I've previously been pleased with Lakeland items but this dish rack is a bad design. Dinner plates do not stand up and smaller plates fall through the gaps as they are too big. The plates end up sitting in a wet drip tray, not very hygienic! There's also not enough room to store bowls etc. Cups left on the uprights on the side of the rack are held level instead of at an angle, so water gathers in the cup rather than drying. I've now thrown away the box to the product but, as this item is not cheap, would be interested to know if I could still get a refund? REFUND RECEIVED - MANY THANKS!

I read the reviews before ordering this dishrack, and can't understand why some people are unhappy with it. It fits my draining board well, and I don't use the tray - why need it? If you don't have a draining board, I can understand the need, but it should be easy to bore a hole in to drain the water! No problem hanging mugs (and other things), can't see what 'knack' is needed. To me, worth recommending to others.
Our plates (Denby) do not sit well in the slots provided. There is no way any of our cups can "hang" or "stand" on the lugs procided so that they drain. How I wish I had read the reviews. Without doubt the worst product I have bought from Lakeland. Frankly it is not worth 1 star.

I bought this rack 12months ago and the cutlery drainer split and it doesn't seem as if you can buy a replacement, therefore the drainer now looks scruffy. It therefore makes this an expensive product to buy and replace, this is a shame as i had really liked this product as it was useful and looked good.
