Looking almost too good to put rubbish in, simplehuman’s new brushed stainless steel bin is packed with features. The soft-touch lid makes for easy one-touch opening, and is designed to conceal bag overhang so it always looks neat.
With a discreet, integrated handle in the lid, moving it around is no problem either. An internal hinge means it can go flush against the wall and a large-capacity, removable inner bucket ensures emptying is easy.

Firstly, expensive. I would not have bought this if I hadn't bought a lot of vouchers a while ago on a half price deal so, effectively this bin was half price to me. It has a good lid action, ideal for a wheelchair user (as hubby is). Difficult getting liner back when changing bag but will get used to it hopefully. Aesthetically pleasing but would have preferred a smaller version as it is very big and will easily hold 2 weeks rubbish for us. It's rectangular so sits against a wall. Would I have bought it without the vouchers? No and not even with if there had been anything else I wanted.
