"What do you do with the blue toggle?!?"

The red poppies ironing board cover hasn't been the easiest to fit. It has taken ages to edge the gathering round from the drawstrings to the end of the board. Also have a blue toggle and no idea what to do with it. Am I being dim or would some guidance on the packaging have been helpful? My previous covers have been elasticated.

A note from the team

Thanks for placing your review. The blue toggle is to hold the drawstring in place after you've tightened the edges underneath the board. This will save you having to knot the drawstring (which may then need cutting in the future when you want to wash the cover).

I am extremely pleased with this ironing board cover. It fits perfectly, is thick and makes ironing easier and quicker. However the best thing for me is the fact that my clothes do not slide off but stay where put. Brilliant.

My order arrived today with the red poppy ironing board cover, thought it would never fit my board but after following instructions for gathering cords it all came together and fitted perfectly, also the side hook-and-loop fastener straps an added bonus. Am very pleased with this product and will be ordering another one for my daughter, it makes ironing a pleasant chore.

This is the best ironing board cover that I have ever owned. It is nice and thick making ironing easier. Unlike other covers it has not developed scorch marks. The beautiful poppies really cheer me up when I have to undertake this chore.
