Glad I decided to buy this new toy - sorry, cleaning aid. Made cleaning cooker hob so much easier, and brought stains out of carpet. Also used it to freshen up skirt. Have now joined ranks of addicted steam cleaners!!!
Bought this as I was so pleased with my other purchase of the steamer mop. I used the handy steamer to clean my cream coloured fabric on my dining chairs and also my white blinds. Did an excellent job.
bought this without looking at reviews, thought i had made a mistake. not so. just spent 2 days cleaning the whole kitchen, 23 cupboards, 2 doors(no smearing on windows) and tiles and the cooker hob and oven doors. great little tool. yes you get water, but what does steam turn into when cooled! couldn't believe how dirty water was. my only gripe is the reservoir could be larger meaning less fill ups. made a mark with duct tape to show the maximum so no need to measure exactly. shall be using this on a regular basis for most cleaning tasks from now on.

I bought this steamer principally to clean our oven shelves and it is brilliant. It cleaned off all the baked in grime with the use of the brass brush attachment (although after one thorough clean of 4 shelves it is quite worn out of shape now). I also got a free facial sauna at the same time!
I recently bought this steamer as I was moving out of a rental property and wanted to leave it spotless to get my deposit refunded. Very easy to use, and great results (although with a bit of elbow grease for really tough stains). My only suggestion would be that there is a max level for the water marked on the reservoir, so you don't have to measure each time you fill it up. I have improvised with a marker pen on mine, and it works! I agree that the wire brushes take a bit of a battering. Can replacement brushes be sold separately, rather than as a whole set?
