Best cleaner I have ever bought, glides over the surfaces to be cleaned (carpet, laminate and slate flooring). Easy to use, suction is easy to control. Compact design for storage. bag-less with easy to empty dust box. Can even tackles my black collies long tail hairs on a beige carpet, I simple can't ask for more of a cleaner!!! Light enough to easy transport around the house and up/on stairs.
I purchased this cleaner recently. I find it great on hard floors, easy to use and the shape of the head makes it great for under furniture but I find it is not powerful enough to remove dog hairs from my rugs.
