I love love love this item, I can fit all my frying pans into it (including the wok) and they stay stable and controled. It's a pleasure to open the cupboard now. i also got the bakeware orgainser and it's also great.Haven't used it upright, but on it's side as the picture describes is great.
Originally used for cooking trays. Now use it horizontally to store artist pads. Just perfect !!
I intended using this in its upright position inside a cupboard but found that the heavier pans slid off the brackets. There are also plastic protectors on the bases which move around making the whole thing rather unstable.
It's not nice to find out one of our products was not suitable but we'll do our best to straighten things up. We'll be in touch shortly to help.
