iRobot Roomba Vacuum Cleaner 555

I was sceptical whether this would really do the job but it is brilliant. It whizzes around the room, allowing me to do other things while my floors are being cleaned. It cleans at least as well as my upright, and in some cases better as it will get under most of the beds and furniture.it needs a little TLC with cleaning of the brushes after use but it is a small price to pay for all the work it saves me.It is quite a high initial outlay but totally worth the price, and much much cheaper than paying someone else to vacuum.Buying from Lakeland I had the usual fast delivery and the peace of mind of brilliant customer services should anything go wrong.If you are unsure, do get one-you wont regret it.

what a super little gadget.was really sceptical but it really does do what it should.i have cream tiles and laminate floor throughout downstairs. no problem for roomba, off she goes, dust, dog hairs, leaves, sweet wrappers, scraps off the dogs toys, bits of his food. what a filthy place i live in!! but soon sorted with roomba!had it a few months. no problems, easy to empty.would replace it immediately if it broke.get one!!

This is my favourite gadget of all time! Max is invaluable and is used every day at least once, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day! I live in a fairly large bungalow and Max manages to thoroughly clean nearly all the rooms on just one charge! I had a few problems initially with one or two of the Roomba's just conking out for no reason but so far this one is coping well with our demands. Everyone who visits is fascinated with Max and amazed when he docks and puts himself back on charge when he has finished his chores or is running out of battery! That's his party piece! I also have the iRobot Roomba 530 model and keep this at my caravan. It is fantastic and means that I never have to sweep up and my caravan is always clean. Moves from carpet to laminate easily and gets into most nooks and crannies.Needs a slight modification on the corner brushes to be able to clean right into the corners but other than that it is a brilliant invention and one which I certainly do not wish to be without! I am the envy of all my friends! Thanks Lakeland!

I love my Roomba, although my first one stopped working properly one day it was still in warranty so I called Lakeland and they immediately organised a replacement. The new one is even better as it has scheduling so I set it to clean a couple of times each week, when I am at work. I still use a real vacuum cleaner too, but this is great to keep things clean during the week and to cope with all the dirt and dust that seems to come into the house.My mother in law now has one and uses it for all her vacuuming now.

This little thing is the best creation!! Imagine pulling and dragging your vacuum cleaner!!! None of that anymore!! Spotless carpets. Easy to empty cases. It tells you when you need to charge, when you need to empty and what the problem is. Easy!Only thing of course is if you have particular corners of the wall that needs sucking up. A normal vacuum cleaner with those thin nozzles will do the job but obviously it is not something you do every occasionally. Once in a blue moon of doing that would do and of course the stairs. But it don't bother me about corners! Most important thing is the entire general area!Love it to the max!! Saves time from difficult and heavy vacuum cleaners. Don't need to take care of it while you're away doing other more important stuff than vacuuming. Will suit all busy people and lazy ones like me as well. Must buy!
