I bought this welly store 2 months ago to solve a muddy shoe and welly storage problem. The product fits the bill and is reasonably sturdy yet compact. My initial delivery contained 2 rods that did not fit properly and couldn't be used. Lakeland has provided excellent customer service to fix my problem and I now have a great product. I would buy from Lakeland again purely for the fabulous customer support. Very happy.
I was very excited to be able to solve the problem of the mountain of wellies in the porch. I've had it a few months and it has been great until one of the rods split at the bottom and can't be screwed in anymore. Great idea needs to be more sturdy for the job.

In our house this is perfect. it fits neatly in our modestly sized kitchen and holds school shoes, wellies and trainers throughout the week- it is never empty! Worth the money.
A very well-made, quality product that's very practical too!
I was most impressed by the quality of the wood and the fittings. Other boot racks I have looked at have been 3 or 4 times as much. This is really good value for the quality of the product.
