"So far, so good." star star star star star I took delivery of a dust genie last week with a variety of other products. Unusually for me I did not read the review before ordering. I have only used it twice but so far I love it. We have vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and it has been wonderful at getting into these hard to reach places and at cleaning the top of a very tall book press. I can attest to the results as we can see the top of the book press from the stairs. I do hope mine won't break like those of the other reviewers.
"I love this" star star star star star_border I see there are a few dissatisfied customers, but I only recently received my dust genie and so far I think it's fabulous! No hiding place for those ceiling cobwebs now. The handle is a bit heavier than I was expecting, but so far so good.
"Disappointed" star star star_border star_border star_border Mine too has a problem as the top of the duster is no longer protected with "feathers", so have had to stop using it. I didn't take my first one back but I will be doing so this time.
