Bag Bungee

I don't think the picture does the product any favours as I would expect the whole thing to topple over as other reviews have said. However mine is in regular use (I use it to attach my laptop case, handbag or mac, in a number of combinations) and as long as the weight ratio is right, the bag shouldn't topple. It would probably help if the case has four wheels. All I know is that I am often asked where I bought it - until I came across it on the website, I had forgotten it was at Lakeland!

Having read the negative comments regarding this, I thought I would redress the balance. I have had one of these for years and it has travelled all over the world with me - I wouldn't be without it! Provided you tighten the elastic strap sufficiently and thread it through the upper bag handles before looping over case handle, there is absolutely no problem. If sometimes you are slightly overloaded and it has a tendency to tip, just be aware of it and prop it up against something - your own leg will do. It is no big issue.

As I always travel with several kitchen sinks this was a nice, cheap way of making it a little easier. It's quick to put on and take off, and is light and small to carry when not in use. The elasticated cord is strong and pretty secure, but I doubt you can use it if your suitcase only has a single stem on the handle. There are obvious downsides however. If your suitcase is very full, even if you haven't used the extender zip, adding another bag with this strap makes it more top heavy and unstable. Also, I would normally carry my bag on one arm and pull the suitcase with the other, when I used this strap the strain on my arm was quite noticeable and made it really hard work at times, but I expected this and it was generally worth the effort. I found this strap was most useful for keeping everything together and hands free whilst waiting around at the airport and stations etc, but I did prefer to have the straps of my bag over the suitcase handle is it stopped it slipping out of the strap from the side.

Bag overbalanced and case fell over made my journey a nightmare not recommended.

I purchased this thinking it would help with extra bag. How wrong I was, attached it to my suitcase set off, I spent more time trying to keep the bag straight. Kept falling off and tipping the suitcase over and nearly me with it. In the end took it off and stored it away. Took it back and got a refund. Would not recommend this product at all.
