simplehuman White Compact Dishrack

I have had this 5 weeks now and love it. We don't want a dishwasher but our usual drainng board dish drainer just couldn't take all our dishes plus pots and pans.This is a perfect 2nd dishdrainer, as it doesn't need a draining board and takes all our pots and pans/or lodgers dishes beautifully. We clean the drainng channel with a tiny brush weekly and pour spare boiling water from the kettle throuh it regularly. Only criticism is the design of the internal 'grill' means most plates and bowls do not always stand upright in it easily. Very happy otherwise.

I love this as I have a small draining board and this is the only one so far that fits. It is easy to clean and having the cutlery drainer too is small but adequate.

Great dish drainer. I wanted something beautiful and out of the ordinary I know it's only a dish drainer but who wants to conform. This is stylish and practical and easy to clean. Sure it's smaller than some but not inconveniently so. It's fab. Teamed it with the lg white kitchen tidy

Mostly I am pleased with this item. I like the enclosed draining area. Things which I find irritating are the legs which if left on draining board are unstable and make the drainer noisy. I have put a rubber mat under these but rubber socks would sort this out. The other point is that simplehuman is embossed on the inside of the drainer which attracts dirt which a brush is required to get clean if this appeared on the outside of the drainer this would solve the problem. Otherwise satisfactory item.

I purchased this item last year and up until now the only problem ive had is slime building up in the spout. I removed the spout to clean it (making note of which bit went where for when i put it back together) and now the drainer leaks which isn't very good on a wooden work surface.
