Metaltex Lipari Airer

This airer is extremely light to lift and move BUT because of this, it constantly fell over when it was being used outside even with a small amount and a full load of washing on it. The slightest breeze sent it and all my laundry toppling onto the ground. Grass or patio surface made no difference. I had to put into against a wall or or very sheltered spot which was usually out of the breeze and into the shade - then the washing didn't get dry. I regret buying it!

If you are very fussy and you like neutral colours and you really want for the indoor clothes airer to be both practical and nice to look at AND if you want for your new airer to match your other sateen finish household items (such as ironing board) then this item is just for you! I've been looking for such a quality item (re colour, size, weight & shape) for weeks! Now I really am glad my colleague reccomended your website. Thanks Lakeland, now I can't wait for the other items to arrive! PS. The white-grey cutlery tray and kitchen tools tray are really good quality too - keeping them!

This airer is a great size as it takes a full load. I am also able to hang a super king duvet cover over it without it touching the floor. Being so light is a plus for me as I only use it indoors, but if you put it in the garden as I have with others in the past, I have anchored them down with two stones if on a patio, or two 'tent pegs' if on grass and it wont move.I am a very satisfied customer, thank you lakeland.
