I cannot understand the "useless" reviews - I have two at my washbasin and they are splendid. Thank you

Have had this product for a year & a half & it is still stuck solid, am going to order another.Original commentDon't know why people are having trouble with this product. I did look at it and think no way as I have had similar products that do not work and thought this would be another. I did not follow the instructions to the letter (the rebel in me) did rub the glass with a towel, did not touch the clear bit that sticks and half an hour later it is still stuck and I even keep wabbling it. It has a rather thick towel on it. Thumbs up.

I use this hook every year to hang our Christmas wreath on the front door. It is so simple. Clean the glass with meths, let it dry and then pour a little boiling water on the hook holder part so it is clean and goes back to shape (if it has been in storage for 11 months) then stick on the glass and be patient before adding the hook.I am not sure why anyone would have any difficulty if they follow the instructions and have enough patience for the back part to seal properly. I would recommend anyone who has read the negative reviews to check the surface they have is suitable and then buy this and try for themselves.

I was a bit sceptical buying this after reading some of the reviews but I gave the tiles a good clean, dried them and smoothed out all the air on the holder and Hey Presto! it stays put even after getting wet from the shower. I've even hung a full bottle of shower gel on it which was quite heavy. Very pleased, thanks.

I also read your negative reviews but tried this hook anyway. It has been used as a towel hook right next to my bathroom basin for several months now and shows no sign of going anywhere. Works perfectly!
