"Very Good" star star star star star_border I have had this for a while now and have had no problems with it at all, even though it is well and truly overloaded. The only thing I would say is , I wish you would do a cover for it and then it would be perfect, thanks
"Not as strong as expected" star star star_border star_border star_border This review is for an older version of this product originally purchased this over a year ago in preparation for bedroom redecoration. Finally put it together this week (very easy). Although it appeared quite sturdy, every time it is moved the bottom poles fall out causing it to fall apart. Very disappointed. support_agent A note from the team Thank you for placing your review. It does sound like you will need to ensure the base poles are forced deeper in to the base. This can be done by turning base on side and apply pressure so they sit deep.
"Too weak and not sturdy" star star_border star_border star_border star_border Got this hoping to be able to use it to store my ever-expanding wardrobe but it just simply doesn't work at all. It kept collapsing and all the clothes just slide to one side and pile up. NOw I am just confronted with a mess. "disappointing product would rate 0 if could" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I wanted a garment rail that was strong and would last so I researched and thought this product was best. It was a bit more than I initially wanted to pay, but was prepared to pay more for a quality item. I also queried the weight the rails would hold before I bought the item. I feel I have given this item a good trial period and unfortunately am extremely disappointed. I have not overloaded the rails and the product seemed to buckle from the start, so what I thought was a quality strong product turned out to be anything but.
