Brabantia have come up with another brilliant board to help make ironing an altogether smoother experience. They've incorporated a heat-resistant zone that allows you to temporarily park the iron soleplate down, when in between garments, whilst the extra-wide, king-size surface speeds up the whole ironing process. A locking clip can be fixed in place to ensure the board always unfolds to your preferred height, and can also be set to a position suitable for ironing whilst sitting down.

Is this ironing table worth the money? Yes.The ironing table looks expensive and is well made. Very sturdy. Adjustable to the perfect height. Ironing is much quicker thanks to the table being very wide.
Expensive, but worth every penny compared with other lesser boards. Tip for even more time saving - turn it the other way round so that the heat resistant bit is on your left and the pointy end is on your right. This is especially beneficial for ironing shirts and saves loads of time repositioning. (I am using it like my old bottle shaped board - a brilliant concept, but made from chipboard so unsuitable for steam generator irons). I bought the Brabantia board because it was the only one that could be used like my old board, as it doesn't have a metal iron rest.
Although not cheap, this ironing board is brilliant, it's sooo big, cuts ironing time in half. It is also very sturdy and feels like it will last a long, long time. Money definately well spent!!!!
Only ordered this ironing board yesterday and it arrived this morning what good service! This ironing board is fantastic and you get through the ironing a lot quicker because it is so wide, high recommended.
Not cheap, but well built and worth every penny.
