Dry Egg Dehumidifier

I'm not happy with this product. I placed it in a small clothes cupboard where I had been finding mildew and dampness. The indicator did turn pink but only after about 6 months and the problem is still there in the cupboard, it doesn't seem to have affected it at all. I wouldn't buy this again.

This has worked wonders by the window in my very small bedroom! Not sure it would be any use in larger areas but I am very pleased with mine!

I've been pleasantly surprised with my little egg. I got one at the same time as a chemical device for another room. The egg works better, is more attractive and doesn't produce waste products that need to be removed. Refreshing the egg in the microwave is easy once it's removed from the plastic holder (I keep the instructions in a kitchen drawer for settings).I've just ordered two more, but agree with previous reviewers that the stand could be more durable and the instructions would be better printed on the egg.

We have two of these little marvels in use in my husbands gun safes. After trying other products which were too big and bulky we find these eggseptional items are doing a fine job of protecting our antique guns from moisture. They are also very easy to 'recharge'.Absolutely perfect for our application

I have three or four of these around the house but all are in use in smaller spaces, like a large drawer of clothes, a wardrobe and a blanket box. They are small items and I don't think they are designed to be used to remove condensation from rooms in general. Many customers seem to have been trying to do this and have been disappointed as a result. I have also been using mine for over 2 years with no loss of performance. I bought mine from a different supplier which did state that they were for use in smaller spaces, so perhaps that should be part of the product description.
