Fix the frame to the inside of your kitchen sink cupboard, then hook on a supermarket carrier bag to create a handy bin. There's room to store up to 50 carriers in the caddy below, so you'll always have a bag to replenish the one that's full.

We have a very small kitchen, and this fitted in the cupboard under the sink perfectly. Also, it meant that we never had to buy bin bags. A really clever product that was very easy to use.
I think this is an excelent way to reuse plastic bags, it is easy to use and i wouldn't like to be without it.
Superb idea, but in these days when we are being encouraged to use bags for life I don't often have a 'throw away' bag to use! So, which of your bags can be used with this bin please?
