"Arrived damaged and instructions are poor"

The cart was not easy to put together as the instructions were not clear enough. They didn't even state which level rung the first shelf should be loaded onto - pretty basic! It didn't click into place either. And because the trolley arrived damaged (bobbling on some of the metal and dark black spotting on other areas) it was returned,
