Perfect for preparing coleslaw or salads, the Spiralizer is also great for getting the most out of your vegetables with the latest in food trends: vegetable spaghetti. Feed in raw courgette, carrot or aubergine and it produces fine, looping strands which can be cooked in next to no time so that vegetables retain their vitamin content and act as a quick-cook substitute to pasta.

Safe and easy to use, it has non-slip rubber feet and a special holding device to keep the vegetable or fruit securely in place while you turn the handle, ensuring fingers are kept well away from the blades as you create perfectly formed curls and twirls. "Inspired!"

I purchased the Spiralizer from your Nottingham branch. The lovely assistant said she had used it and lost 3 stone! She also explained how to use it and the veggies to use for the best results. I couldn't wait to get it home. I've made a couple of batches of Coleslaw, Waldorf Salad, Spiralized Salad and delicious raw beetroot spirals.It's a wonderful gadget that makes veggies more attractive. It is very simple to use. It dismantled easily to wash. I recommend a long handled pot brush to clean the blades (avoids taking the tips of your fingers off). I have also bought the Inspiralized book.

I must say this is one of the best things in my kitchen for summer ! We absolutely love it ! Easy to use and clean , it makes the best crisps and the salad looks so much more interesting . I must admit after reading other reviews I really wasn't expecting much ! I'd also like to add that the suckers on the base are also very helpful .....

Bought this last week as had previously bought the hand held one and it was hard work, this gadget is brilliant,cant believe how easy it is too work, the noodles and spirals are great, have used it on carrots, sweet potatoes, courgette, cucumber, still impressed and still cooking and eating lovely veggies . And of course Lakeland guarantee is always a winner, I did buy a spirelizer cook book which has been a godsend, and has all the calorie values in it, :)

"Vegetable Spiralizer"

I must say I was reluctant to buy this after reading some of the bad reviews but with £10 off, and the fact that Lakeland has never let me down with it's products, I decided to take a chance. Well, I'm glad I did as it's a pleasure to use. I found it easy to wash but be sure to clean the blades with a washing-up-brush and there will be no accidents! Before I started I read the tips and recipes in the book, 'Inspiralized', which I bought with the order, and it was all so easy!

I just received my new spiralizer, and have tried it out once so far - did the vegetable spaghetti with tomato sauce and it was delicious. We found the spiralizer easy to use, and nice in that it is not yet another electric gadget! I can see us using this regularly, and our 2 years old twin grandchildren will absolutely love it.
