Based on a traditional Scandinavian baking tool, this sturdy whisk is ideal for mixing together the ingredients for bread prior to kneading. The stainless steel wire design may look random, but it’s actually shaped in a unique way that makes it easy to break up lumps of flour by hand and get plenty of air into a heavy dough. Great too for blending cake mixes. With beechwood handle.
