"Oxo Dusting Wand"
I've only used this a couple of times, but really like it. It's easy to fill and dispenses a very light scattering of flour or sugar without any effort. I intend to buy a second one at some point (1 for sugar, 1 for flour).

I bought this to use with icing sugar. It's perfect for the job. It can be filled with a small quantity and gives a better result than using a sieve and spoon, as it does just 'dust' rather than 'drift' with snow. It has other uses too but it is worth having, just for adding fairy dust!
This is a clever way of dusting a surface or putting icing sugar on a cake. A bit frivolous, perhaps - you could use an ordinary shaker or a strainer and spoon - but it's such a pleasure to use... The opening and closing mechanism is just - satisfying.
This dusting wand is an excellent addition to a bakers kitchen. Simple but very effective. It isn’t cheap but nevertheless I highly recommend it.
This is a neat bit of equipment, especially useful for sprinkling icing sugar on mince pies at Christmas.
