Designed to take the weight of a bird up to a hefty 9kg, this tool makes it easy to transfer your chicken or turkey from roasting pan to platter using only one hand. Made from sturdy stainless steel, it offsets the weight of the meat while the tines hold it steady so it doesn’t rotate and can even be tilted to drain excess liquid away. Dishwasher safe.

What a brilliant idea. Now I can lift my chicken out of the roasting tin and empty the juices without burning my hand. I don't have to resort to finding something that won't allow the chicken to turn around or something that will damage the chicken. Well done Lakeland, again.
what a lovely idea this is..no more chicken doing a double pike and twist spinning round.. just straight onto a plate....so easy to use....thank's once again lakeland...
I love this item, we eat quite a lot of chicken and I find that this has made it so easy to lift the chicken from the roasting tin and place it on the serving platter without any slip ups. The end of the lifter spreads the weight of the bird and lifting is fairly effortless even with my weak wrists
