This silicone baking pan is the best dish I have used in years! Not for cakes but for roasting my chicken.It takes a 2 kg fresh chicken and no messy scrubbing afterwards as it is so easy to clean in hot soapy water. I am purchasing another to use for cakes as I find it so useful.
I’d have one of these in every size if they were available. Ridiculously easy to handle, use, clean and store. Brilliant bit of kit. Above 5 stars me thinks!
I have ruined mine by cooking sausages followed by batter for toad in the hole in the top oven of my AGA. The silicone must have reacted with the sausage fat and now my swiss rolls break up when I try to release them from the pan.. Think I will buy another for sponge cake and traybake use only.
