Baking is so much easier with silicone – as well as ensuring even baking and rapid cooling, thanks to its amazing non-stick qualities, cakes pop out perfectly once baked. Add to this the fact that it’s easy to clean, won’t absorb flavours or odours, is safe for use in the oven up to 230°C, microwave, freezer and dishwasher and you’ve got the ideal material for a bakeware range. That’s why we’re delighted to introduce our new range of bakeware basics – kitchen-cupboard staples, each piece has been given a metal frame encased in silicone, to help ensure they keep their shape when you’re filling or lifting them, but are still flexible enough to release their contents with ease.
Ideal too for a tiramisu, as the flutes around the outside are the perfect size for sponge fingers.
