"Not non-stick"

I was intrigued & bought a tin. I have been baking bread for several years. The dough seeped through the holes & stuck to the tin. A disaster to remove. Brought it back. Stick to the traditional tin.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear of your experience. If the dough is coming through the holes it could be that perhaps the dough is too wet. We'd recommend leaving it to cool completely before removing - it should then contract and pop out easily. Our Lakeland 2lb loaf tin product reference 70158 maybe a suitable alternative to try. You can return it to any of our Lakeland stores with the receipt or bank/card statement and they'll be happy to help.

"Seriously non-stick"

Perfect size and shape for my homemade loaves, which take 2 or 3 less minutes to bake than in my old tins. They’re lightweight and seriously non-stick.

"Mixture leaked through all the holes."

star star_border star_border star_border star_border

Was really disappointed with this item and had to return it for another loaf tin without the holes. The mixture leaked through all the holes and made a mess of my oven. Once I'd removed the loaf tin, I couldn't get the loaf out as all the mixture that had gone through the holes held it tight. An unusually bad design for a Lakeland product and I see from reading the reviews that I wasn't the only person to experience this. Avoid!

"Not as good as I expected"

I bought three of these online as I thought they would be better than traditional loaf tins but sadly the tiny holes make removing the loaves difficult as small amounts of dough seep through. As I live too far from my nearest store it isn’t practical to return them.

"Perfect bread every time"

I recently bought both the 2lb and 1lb loaf tins and I've made perfect bread every time. I think it's down to the perforations. The bread turns out perfectly crusty all over. I would reccomend them to anyone.
