A really roomy roasting tin, with space for a large roast with potatoes or veg spread around it, this Hard Anodised Roasting Tin is exceptionally strong to withstand high temperatures on the hob or in the oven, time and again. It’s coated in scratch resistant non-stick to make it easy to clean and lightweight, to make handling your joint a little easier than in a heavyweight traditional tin.
About our Hard-Anodised Ovenware
Made of aluminium for heat distribution that’s second to none, our hard-anodised ovenware is surprisingly tough – twice as tough as steel, in fact – which means it won’t warp or distort, even over or under direct heat. And, being aluminium, they’re lightweight for really easy handling too. All the trays and roasting tins are coated in Teflon non-stick so that food comes off easily, without any scratching, and they’re really easy to clean.
Oven safe to 250°C.

I purchased this to use on the hob to cook bacon in quantity for our regular church breakfast service. I had been looking for a griddle , but found them to be too big and heavy for storage and since I already had on3 of these pans ai thought I would give another one a try. This is a robust pan, it is non stick , so is perfect for my purposes.
This tin is exactly what I wanted in every way. The depth, as well as overall size, is suitable for all of my needs. It is strong and tough and doesn't buckle when placed on top of cooker over direct heat to make gravy. I really wonder how I managed without it. I will look for others in the range now. Great value.
I am very pleased with my roasting tin Ive used it a few times already and find the light weight of the tin very helpful when roasting.
This is a very good tin, nothing sticks on the bottom. Would buy again.
We love this tin. Easy to cook and clean plus very light to handle. Perfect size for our oven. Gives excellent results too with recipes from our roasting tin cook book.
